What started out as a way for housing providers and home-seekers to list and find properties on the Keaze portal, has now evolved into a software toolkit that dramatically streamlines the entire affordable home ownership process from listings and beyond.

Where we began

Our history

The team at Keaze set up the UK's first National Affordable Housing and Shared Ownership property portal back in 2017. A year later in 2018, we were awarded the GLA contract to run and deliver the Homes for Londoner's portal - matching up Londoners with a range of Affordable Housing to suit their needs and budgets.

We then partnered with the National Housing Federation to provide digital services for their Shared Ownership awareness campaign, allowing us to help dispel the myths and stigma surrounding Shared Ownership.

We set about designing the KPro software tools and solutions alongside a handful of highly engaged housing providers, responding directly to the challenges we had collated during our research phase – working hard to streamline these complicated challenges.

We launched KPro and simultaneously delivered our new home-seeker web portal keaze.com.
