KPro Software is brought to you by Keaze Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number (11020692) and our registered office is at 91 Wimpole St, London W1G 0EF (referred to as “we,” “us,” and “our” within this privacy policy. We are a technology company and the provider of software (kprosoftware.co.uk). Our VAT number is 285756943.

We collect, use and are responsible for certain personal information about you. When we do so we are regulated under the UK General Data Protection Regulation which applies in the United Kingdom and the EU GDPR which applies within the EU and the EEA. We are responsible as ‘controller’ of that personal information for the purposes of those laws.

KPro business users are required to provide their name, business/organisation name, business email, contact number and job title so we can communicate with you effectively. You can update this information at any time by notifying your point of contact at KPro or by emailing support@kprosoftware.co.uk.

How your data will be used

For us to notify you of services and tools that KPro can offer you, either for free and/or for a paid fee, your data will be added to our internal CRM system and used for communication purposes.. We will notify you of updates such as but limited to news, updates, events, new features, additional services and promotions.
